The Palm apartments will maintain the legacy of ResCom as the most popular dormitory on campus through its apartment style living, centralized location, and grand courtyard specifically design to encourage student interaction. In addition the dormitory will feature integrated study lounges and private study rooms on each floor, a smart-phone integrated laundry alert system, and will house more than 600 students.
